2012 AGM Information on Host Hotel

Comfort Inn Suites Northlake, 7315 SMITH CORNERS Blvd., Charlotte, NC 28269. The group rate is $75.00 plus tax per night for either a King Suite or Double Queen Suite. This rate includes breakfast in the morning, parking, and wireless Internet. Twenty rooms have been blocked off at these rates; more can be added if needed. Rooms were held until 20 March 2012; however, Clan Keith can still book at discounted rate as long as we have rooms available. 2012 AGM Dinner and Meeting

Our dinner and business meeting will be held at the Birkdale Golf Club, 16500 Birkdale Commons Pkwy., Huntersville, NC 28078. Phone 704-895-8038. Golf Club is off I-77 on highway 73 to Birkdale Commons Pkwy, about 8 miles north of host hotel. It is about 4 miles from Rural Hill.

There will be a social time from 6:30 PM until Dinner at 7 PM. The menu is as follows:

Carolina BBQ: BBQ Chicken, Pulled Pork, Corn on the Cob or Baked Beans, Cole Slaw, Macaroni and Cheese, Casserole, Salad and Corn Bread.

Cost is as follows: Meal $21.95, 18% gratuity and 9.5% tax (rounds of) to $28. Then $5 is added to each bill to pay the room cost. Directions: From Host Hotel to Rural Hill and then to dinner and AGM location:

1. From Host Hotel: head east on Smith Corners Blvd toward Statesville Rd.

2.Turn left onto US 21 N Statesville Rd

3. Turn Left onto Hambright Rd

4. Turn right on Beatties Ford Rd.

5. Slight left onto Neck Rd.-destination will be on the right. Historic Rural Hill, 4431 Neck Road, Huntersville, NC

6. From Rural Hill to Birkdale Golf Club, head east on Neck Rd toward Arthur Auten Rd.

7. Sharp left onto Beatties Ford Rd

8. Turn right onto N Carolina 73 E.

9. Turn right on to Birkdale Commons Pkwy--Birkdale Golf Club will be at 16500 Birkdale Commons Pkwy, Huntersville, NC will be on the left.

Note: If you are leaving Host Hotel to go directly to Birkdale Golf Club, go up I 77 to highway 73 (Sam Furr Rd.) and take a left; golf club will be at 16500 Birkdale Commons Pkwy.
